• This team will include a wide range of engineering talent from analog to SOC digital design.

• This team will include all key engineering disciplines in Design, Architecture, Verification, DfT and Physical Design to produce high performance and quality products.
• We are now hiring a R&D SoC Director responsible for delivering multiple microcontroller (MCU) SOC programs from architecture through tape‑out, silicon bring ‑up, and production ramp.
• Th is leader will have input on roadmap definition and have direct interaction with product marketing.
• This leader will be responsible for SoC execution quality (schedule, cost, and first‑silicon success ), and to drive best‑in‑class method ology across RTL/DFT/AMS/PD/DV/Validation in close partnership with Architecture, SW/SDK, and Operations.
• The SoC Director builds and leads high‑performing teams, standardizes ways of working, and ensures predictable, high‑quality productization.
• Your Responsibility: Build, coach and retain a world class SOC team Lead with a culture of ownership, transparency and rigorous attention to details.
• Roadmap for MCU product s for the Catania site & input on overall MCU roadmap.
• Tie out of the roadmaps with IP requirements Ensure high quality silicon at world class execution speed Development schedule predictability Ensure world class development methodologies are followed and drive further improvement across team and other sites.
• Your Profile : Experience: 15+ years in SoC development with 5+ years leading multi‑disciplinary teams across RTL, DV, AMS, DFT, PD, and silicon validation; proven tape‑outs on advanced and mature nodes.
• Strong leadership and managements skills: builds leaders, scales organizations, and operates effectively across geos and suppliers.
• Strong communication and problem solving skills are absolutely essential.
• Depth in DFT & silicon bring‑up: scan/MBIST/LBIST/JTAG, ATPG, ATE correlation.
• Tooling/flows: industry EDA for synthesis, STA, power/IR/EM, CDC/RDC, formal, mixed‑signal, and emulation.
