Manager, Global Hardware Enablement (ATKL)

What You'll Do

• Lead and develop the GHWE KL team.
• Manage NPI/NTI Test Hardware projects and ensure on-time delivery.
• Drive project execution, risk management, and issue resolution.
• Manage hardware suppliers and monitor schedule, quality, cost, and performance.
• Lead supplier selection and sourcing activities.
• Coordinate with BL, GNTC, Procurement, Quality, and manufacturing sites.
• Oversee FTK (Full Turnkey) project deployment and execution.
• Ensure compliance with GHWE processes, HRS, and ARAS.
• Drive continuous improvement, cost savings, and process optimization.
• Provide project status updates and support management escalations when required.
• Requirements Technical Strong knowledge of Test Hardware solutions (PCB, Load Board, Probe Card, Socket).
• Understanding of NPI/NTI processes and hardware development flow.
• Experience with supplier qualification and technical reviews.
• Familiarity with ARAS, HRS, and hardware release processes.
• Leadership Team leadership and coaching skills.
• Strong stakeholder and cross-functional collaboration.
• Ability to drive decisions and resolve conflicts.
