What You'll Do
- Maintain and manage the site TGM system and all associated detection devices.
- Coordinate and support all work on CM4s, System 16, Seiger DigiCat , and other gas‑detection instrumentation.
- Troubleshoot, repair, and calibrate detection equipment, requiring solid electronic and mechanical aptitude.
- Ensure proper parts, consumables, and materials are available through proactive planning and communication.
- Support Emergency Response Team (ERT) activities when hazardous gas alarms or life‑safety events occur.
- Understanding of chemical reaction technologies used in detection systems to validate performance and resolve issues.
- Work effectively in semiconductor cleanroom environments while adhering to contamination‑control protocols.
- Support compliance with OSHA, NFPA, NXP standards, and all semiconductor facility safety requirements.
- Maintain accurate logs, inspection records, and regulatory documentation for audits and internal assessments.
- Partner with Equipment and Facilities Engineering, Emergency Response Team, GAC Support and vendors to ensure system reliability, upgrades, and continuous improvement.
- Required Qualifications Strong electronic and mechanical troubleshooting skills.
- Minimum educational requirements are High School Diploma or Equivalent.
- Experience with gas detection technologies and semiconductor TGM systems (preferred).
- Ability to work in cleanroom and hazardous environments using proper PPE and safety methods.
- Excellent communication and organizational abilities.
- Ability to support a 24/7 operational facility, including responding to urgent events.
- Job Qualifications: 10+ years of experience in the fast paced, high pressure environment of gas and chemical delivery to a Semiconductor site.
