What You'll Do
- Support systems engineering activities, including the definition, analysis, documentation, and validation of system-level requirements and product behavior.
- Assist in technical coordination activities, design reviews, testing efforts, and follow-up of action items across multidisciplinary teams.
- Collaborate with hardware, software, validation, and project stakeholders to ensure efficient project execution and delivery.
- Contribute to the preparation and maintenance of technical specifications, reports, project documentation, and engineering records to ensure visibility and traceability.
- Support root cause analysis and structured problem-solving activities to help improve product quality and system performance.
- Communicate technical information effectively and contribute to a collaborative engineering environment.
- Qualifications & Requirements Bachelor's or Master's degree in Electrical Engineering, Electronics, Computer Engineering, Computer Science, Physics, or a related technical field.
- Recent graduates and students nearing graduation are encouraged to apply.
- Practical experience gained through academic projects, laboratory work, internships, student competitions, or extracurricular technical activities is considered a strong advantage.
- Basic knowledge of engineering, design, verification, programming, simulation, or laboratory tools relevant to the role; a strong willingness to learn and develop new skills is essential.
- Solid foundation in engineering principles, analytical thinking, problem-solving, testing methodologies, and technical documentation.
- Ability to work effectively in cross-functional and multicultural teams.
- Strong communication skills in English, both written and verbal.
- Proactive mindset, curiosity, and enthusiasm for learning in a fast-paced technology environment.
- Nice to Have Exposure to embedded systems, semiconductor technologies, hardware-software integration, or system validation.
- Experience with scripting or programming languages such as Python, C, or C++.
- Familiarity with requirements management, testing, or systems engineering concepts.
