Junior Software / Firmware Application Support Engineer (m/f/d)

What You'll Do

• Provide proactive technical support and solution engineering for customers Support customers remotely and on site Offer technical consulting and guidance during customers’ system definition phase Support technical design-in activities and lead customer projects Deliver technical product and solution training to customers Create application notes and technical support materials Contribute engineering support during product development Share customer feedback to help shape next-generation products Job Qualifications: Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Engineering, Software Engineering, or a related field Proficiency in C and C++ programming Python and Linux knowledge is an advantage Basic understanding of microcontrollers Ability to work effectively in a global team environment Willingness to travel domestically and internationally for customer support and training Please note: The successful candidate may/will be responsible for security related tasks.
