What You'll Do

• As a Team Lead of the R&D Access Management team, you will lead the development and improvement of the R&D Access Management platform.
• You will have ample opportunities to express your creativity and work with others to accomplish your objectives. - You will lead the AM Team by setting priorities for development and assisting the team by refining and accepting user stories. - Ensure timely and accurate processing of access requests, role assignments, onboarding, offboarding, and access reviews. - Oversee privileged access management processes, including break glass procedures and elevated access workflows. - You will represent the business (R&D) towards the team, and answer team questions on the customer's behalf. - You will be creating the roadmap for the Access Management services. - Manage the priority escalations on our service. - Collaborating with other teams and stakeholders in the organization.
