Qualifications
- College degree or above, major in Computer Science or related fields, with at least 2 years of relevant working experience. 2.
- Possess excellent communication skills and solid basic knowledge of computer systems.
- Capable of data sorting and report production.
- Candidates with formal IT Help Desk working experience are highly preferred. 3.
- Fluent in English (listening, speaking, reading and writing).
- Able to independently diagnose and resolve various IT technical problems for foreign colleagues. 4.
- Strong learning ability and pressure resistance.
- Flexible to adapt to fast-paced work, and accept rotating night shift work arrangement. #LI-DNI
