What You'll Do

• Stakeholder Management & Communication (Core Focus) • Engage directly with business stakeholders to understand needs, priorities, and commercial objectives • Lead discussions to clarify requirements, challenge assumptions where appropriate, and align on the best path forward • Act as a connector between stakeholders and suppliers, ensuring business needs are effectively translated into sourcing strategies and outcomes • Build strong, trusted relationships across the organization through clear, confident, and proactive communication Sourcing & Supplier Engagement • Support sourcing initiatives across IT categories (software, hardware, and services) • Identify and evaluate suppliers aligned with stakeholder requirements and category strategies • Contribute to building and strengthening the supplier base Negotiation & Commercial Ownership • Participate in and progressively lead supplier negotiations • Apply a competitive, results-oriented mindset to achieve strong commercial outcomes • Understand key cost drivers and support defining favorable terms, pricing, and value Contracting & Process Execution • Support the development, review, and execution of supplier agreements • Ensure compliance with procurement processes, internal policies, and legal requirements • Maintain accurate documentation and sourcing records Supplier Performance & Market Insight • Monitor supplier performance and support continuous improvement efforts • Stay informed of market trends, supplier capabilities, and pricing dynamics Candidate Profile Experience • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent practical experience • Early experience (1–3 years) in procurement, sourcing, sales, consulting, or any role involving negotiation or commercial decision-making Key Capabilities • Strong communication skills, with the ability to confidently lead conversations and influence stakeholders and suppliers • Demonstrated experience negotiating agreements or managing commercial discussions • Ability to ask insightful questions, challenge constructively, and drive clarity in ambiguous situations • Organized and able to manage multiple tasks while maintaining attention to detail Mindset & Behaviors • Highly proactive and self-driven, with a strong desire to learn and grow • Competitive and results-oriented, with a focus on achieving the best possible outcomes • Curious, resilient, motivated to solve problems and push work forward • Comfortable working in a global, cross-functional environment Additional Information • Global role requiring collaboration across time zones • Strong English communication skills (written and verbal) required More information about NXP in India... #LI-2734
