Internship: Clock-Phase Recovery Design for sub-THz Wireless Receiver

What You'll Do

• Develop and model a CPR loop architecture for a sub-THz receiver.
• Perform loop design and circuit-level implementation.
• Support 8PSK and 16QAM modulation schemes.
• Collaborate with experienced IC designers on a cutting-edge wireless communication project.
• Preferred background: MSc student in Electrical Engineering, Microelectronics, or a related field.
• Knowledge of communication systems, RF/analog design, and CMOS circuits.
• Experience with system modeling and circuit simulation tools is a plus.
