Industrial Engineering Solutions Business Analyst

Overview

• Be part of global solutions team to design and/or deliver IT solutions in Semiconductor manufacturing environment.
• ​ As an Industrial Engineering SME for critical manufacturing applications in Industrial Engineering domain: ​ Maintain deep understanding of Semiconductors manufacturing process ​ ( eg : Linear programming for capacity analysis, factory modelling for IEs) ​ Drive business alignment, and development of joint roadmaps for IT solutions that support business objectives.
• ​ As an IT Solution Analyst involved in solutioning of manufacturing implementation and improvement projects.
• ​ Collaborate with other Solution analysts to design solutions that fit into the overall IT architecture and system landscape.
• ​ Participate in design activities and preparing functional designs for development.
• ​ Participate in feasibility analysis to ensure recommended solutions meet business requirements ​ Collaborate with development teams to guarantee the high quality solution delivery ​ ​ Qualification ​ Must: ​ Bachelor degree in Computer Science, Engineering or related science ​ Proven experience, at least 5 years, in IT projects in (semiconductors) manufacturing environment ​ Excellent communication skills, analytical mindset and ability to work in a global environment ​ Fast learner, and thinking outside of the box.

• ​ Plus: ​ Experience in or knowledge about Process modeling or Enterprise Architecture or Capacity planning ​ Interest in project management and continuous improvement ​ Good command in English speaking, listening and writing.
