Helpdesk Engineer - Printing Support

What You'll Do

  • Manage enterprise print servers, printer deployments via GPO, and driver updates, familiar with Cannon-Uniflow tools.
  • Implement and maintain backup and recovery strategies for shared data.
  • Monitor system performance and generate usage reports.
  • Collaborate with other IT teams for integration and automation.
  • Participate in audits and ensure compliance with data governance policies.
  • Required Skills: Experience with DFS, SMB protocols, and enterprise print management tools.
  • Scripting skills (PowerShell preferred) for automation and reporting.
  • Understanding of ITIL processes and change management.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in IT or related field. 3–6 years of experience in systems administration or infrastructure support.
