Global Talent Acquisition Program Manager

What You'll Do

• Own and manage global Talent Acquisition programs, frameworks, and governance (e.g., tools, processes, vendors, metrics) Drive global consistency while enabling regional flexibility in partnership with Regional and Hub TA Leads Lead cross-functional collaboration with HRIS, Procurement, Finance, Legal, and Employer Branding Define and track global TA performance metrics, insights, and continuous improvement initiatives Support implementation and adoption of new TA capabilities, technologies, and operating models Ensure compliance, risk management, and alignment with enterprise standards and inclusion priorities Key Partnerships Global & Regional Talent Acquisition Leads HRIS and People Analytics Procurement and external vendors (e.g., RPO/MSP partners) Employer Brand & Inclusion teams Profile Strong program management and stakeholder leadership experience in Talent Acquisition or HR Experience operating in a global, matrixed environment Ability to balance strategic thinking with hands-on execution Data-driven mindset with strong communication and change management skills More information about NXP in the United States...
