About This Role
- Duties: Responsible for developing and executing strategies in the ISEM’s Power & Energy (P&E) business for the Energy Storage and Energy Management applications.
- Identify product/devices for NXP ISEM P&E opportunity in the energy management, energy storage, EV supply equipment, energy conversion and metering markets.
- Develop market requirements and business cases for differentiating technologies, products and solutions.
- Create messaging and launch projects to attract and win direct and mass market customers.
- Utilize understanding of the P&E market, customers, technologies, trends and needs to coordinate globally and facilitate joint business meetings across unit and geographies.
- Support identifying key decision makers within customer executive teams, engineering supply management and establish relationships in favor of NXP.
- Responsible for defining and developing the P&E ecosystem of customers and partners. 20% of domestic and international (Europe, Asia) travel for customer visits, trade shows, and training engineering teams required. 100% telecommuting permitted.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering, Electronics Engineering, or Computer Engineering, foreign equivalent or related field.
- Five (5) years of experience in the job offered, Engineer, Support Technician, Sales Engineer or related occupations.
- Required skills: Position requires five (5) experience in: 1.
- Programming in C; 2.
- PCB design and microcontroller programming; 3.
- Technical knowledge of the semiconductor industry; 4.
- Managing opportunities in SFDC CRM Tool; and 5.
- Defining system architectures, associated block diagrams and proposing semiconductor offering.
- Salary: $197621 per year.
