Final Test Process Engineering Technician

Overview

• Maintain Final Test processes and handle abnormal lots, and production issues.
• Analyze production data and abnormalities to drive process improvement and stability.
• Maintain and update test documents, SOPs, and process specifications.
• Knowledge of data analysis, statistical analysis, and Excel applications is preferred.
• Semiconductor testing or process knowledge, along with experience with AI tools is preferred.
• 負責 Final Test 製程維護，並處理異常批次（Abnormal Lots）及生產相關問題。 分析生產數據及異常狀況，協助推動製程改善與提升製程穩定性。 維護及更新測試相關文件、標準作業程序（SOP）及製程規範。 具備數據分析、統計分析能力，以及熟悉 Excel 應用者佳。 具半導體測試或製程相關知識，並具備 AI 工具使用經驗者佳。 #LI-DNI.
