Facilities Engineer

Overview

• Job Responsibility • Support preventive and corrective maintenance activities for facilities utility systems.
• Improve equipment reliability through troubleshooting, root cause analysis, and continuous improvement initiatives.
• Support utility systems including UPW, Wastewater Treatment, Water Recycling, CDA, HVAC, and other critical facilities infrastructure.
• Support maintenance planning, contractor management, and shutdown activities.
• Support ESG, sustainability, and CSRD-related projects and reporting.
• Act as backup owner for Facilities Quality System and audit support activities.
• Support CAPEX, OPEX, and factory expansion projects.
• Coordinate with Operations, Manufacturing, EHS, and external contractors to ensure reliable factory operation.
• Job Qualification • Bachelor's Degree in Environmental, Mechanical, Chemical, Electrical Engineering, or a related field.
• 0-2 years of engineering experience; New College Graduates are welcome to apply.
• Basic knowledge of facilities maintenance, utility systems, manufacturing operations, or related engineering disciplines.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, communication, and coordination skills.
• Excellent English communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to work effectively with global teams and stakeholders.
• Able to communicate confidently in meetings, presentations, and technical discussions in English.
• Fast learner with a proactive and results-oriented mindset, strong ownership, initiative, and accountability.
• Able to work under pressure, manage multiple priorities, and adapt to a fast-paced manufacturing environment.
• Flexible, self-motivated, and capable of working independently as well as collaboratively within a team.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office applications and familiar with AutoCAD and database tools.
• Knowledge of ISO management systems, ESG, sustainability programs, or project management is an advantage.
• Experience in semiconductor, electronics, or manufacturing industries is preferred but not required.
