About This Role
- Responsible for Probe new product introduction and Product Qualification support.
- Support product performance improvement activities by working with engineer.
- Perform routine maintenance and conversion of NPI equipment to ensure stable operation.
- Execute NPI test floor activities, including NPI qualification, ATE setup, and sample testing using various equipment.
- Troubleshoot and resolve issues during NPI testing, and work with engineers on program debugging and problem resolution to ensure NPI activities on-time delivery.
- Coordinate with global teams (Fab / Assembly / Test) and BU teams to ensure a smooth and efficient supply chain.
- Work with engineers to monitor, drive, and improve project cycle time and overall efficiency.
Qualifications
- Associate or College degree in Electronics, Electrical Engineering, Automation, or a related field. 0–3 years of experience in semiconductor or related industry; ATE testing knowledge is better Basic skill in spoken and written English.
- Be capable to use Microsoft Office; able to read and follow technical documents and instructions.
- Strong communication skills, good teamwork spirit, self-motivated, and willing to learn and take on challenges.
