ENGINEERING SERVICES PC BOARD DESIGN

Overview

• Responsible for supplier technical evaluation, qualification, and development activities.
• Provide technical expertise during supplier selection.
• Drive supplier capability improvements.
• Support quality and reliability initiatives.
• Work cross-functionally to ensure suppliers meet business and engineering requirements.
• Qualification Bachelor’s degree or above in Electrical Engineering, Electronics Engineering, Communications, or a related field Familiar with the full hardware development process (Design → Verification → Validation) Expertise in one or more of the following areas: High-speed signal design (Signal Integrity) Power design (Power Integrity / PMIC) PCB layout and SI/PI analysis Semiconductor testing or ATE (Automatic Test Equipment) architecture Proficient with related design and simulation tools (e.g., Cadence, Allegro, ADS, HFSS) Strong hardware debugging and issue analysis skills System integration experience is a plus Intermediate or above proficiency in English (listening, speaking, reading, and writing) Ability to communicate effectively in a global team environment Experience in Semiconductor Packaging and Testing Strong problem-solving and analytical abilities Good teamwork and cross-functional communication skills Ability to work under pressure and meet project deadlines More information about NXP in Malaysia..
