Engineering Project Manager

What You'll Do

• Lead complex semiconductor NPI projects through the complete product development lifecycle.
• Develop and maintain integrated project plans, milestones, budgets, resource requirements, dependencies, and risk mitigation plans.
• Coordinate global cross-functional teams across product management, engineering, quality, test, operations, supply chain, and manufacturing.
• Drive alignment on project scope, requirements, priorities, responsibilities, and deliverables.
• Monitor project execution and proactively manage schedule, resource, technical, quality, and cost risks.
• Lead project reviews and provide clear status, impact assessments, recommendations, and escalations to management.
• Influence stakeholders without direct authority to secure commitments, resolve conflicts, and drive timely decisions.
• Capture lessons learned and contribute to continuous improvement of project management practices.
• Qualifications Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Engineering, Project Management, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Typically 8 or more years of relevant experience, including technical project or program management.
• Proven experience leading complex, cross-functional product development or NPI projects.
• Good understanding of the semiconductor development lifecycle, including IC design, verification, tape-out, qualification, and product release.
• Strong project planning, risk management, financial management, and stakeholder management capabilities.
• Demonstrated leadership and influencing skills in a global matrix organization.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills in English.
• PMP, IPMA, PRINCE2, Agile, or equivalent certification is preferred.
