Edge AI Field Application Engineer Intern

What You'll Do

• Develop and debug Edge AI applications and proof-of-concept (POC) projects based on NXP processors, AI accelerators, and related software platforms.
• Investigate emerging AI technologies, including Generative AI, LLMs, AI agents, and related tools, and evaluate their potential use in team workflows.
• Explore, prototype, and implement AI-based tools and applications to improve productivity and efficiency within the team.
• Requirements: Currently pursuing a Bachelor’s, Master’s, or Ph.D. degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Artificial Intelligence, Electrical Engineering, or a related discipline.
• Strong interest in AI technologies, particularly Edge AI.
• Familiarity with machine learning frameworks, AI models, or AI development tools.
• Programming experience and proficiency in C, C++, and/or Python.
• Familiarity with Linux and embedded SW/HW development is a plus.
