Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Supply Chain Management, Information Technology, or a related field Minimum 5 years of relevant Procurement experience within the Innovation category Excellent verbal and written communication skills Proven experience with service and licensing legal terms and conditions Demonstrated experience in conducting negotiations in North America and Europe.
• Proven experience in managing multiple, simultaneous, complex sourcing events, and contractual activities.
• Experience in managing and/or leading international commercial procurement projects Strong team player and collaboration skills on an international level Ability to prioritize and work on multiple activities at one time Self starter , a bility to work independently in a dynamic and ambiguous global environment supporting multiple time zones Creative thinker, interested in innovation as well as pragmatic results.
• Excellent planning, analytical, and negotiation skills Strong MS Excel, PowerPoint presentation and data analytical skills Background of working in Procurement for R&D in the semiconductor industry is highly desirable Candidate must reside in Austin, Texas More information about NXP in the United States...
