Business Development Manager

What You'll Do

• Execute the go-to-market strategy for target verticals Win sockets in end user pilots and at lighthouse projects Expand our share at inlay customers, converters and end users.
• Build relationships and partner with other value chain players (tag manufacturers, reader OEMs, systems integrators) to win projects Capture voice-of-customer to inform product line about market requirements.
• Translate customer needs into solution requirements, influencing product roadmap.
• Deliver on Design win targets Represent the company at various industry events such as trade shows, webinars,… Job Qualification: BS or MS in Electrical/Computer Engineering 8+ years of experience in wireless radio frequency technologies, in areas of either product management, marketing or commercial roles Problem solving mindset, hands-on attitude combined with analytical skills Ability to influence and cooperate with cross-functional teams Excellent communication skills and relationship building within the eco-system Ability to listen and learn from customers and eco-system partners Readiness to travel (domestic) More information about NXP in the United States...
