Manage IT web projects using Scaled Agile methodology in a fast-paced environment ensuring on-time and on-budget delivery Collaborate and partner with business and IT in defining, preparing and executing projects and change programs Gather and analyze business requirements.
Understand the needs of the business at a strategic and operational level.
Bridge the gap between IT and business teams by translating requirements into user stories, technical documentation, and process workflows Develop overall project plans and approaches in collaboration with the business team.
Develop high-level functional design and create business workflows and user flows as needed.
Mitigate risks and address project obstacles as needed.
Drive implementation with the onshore/offshore software development team.
Effectively engage and communicate with project team, management, project stakeholders and business team to share project status and identification/resolution of any project issues.
Conduct IT acceptance testing and coordinate testing with users.
Coordinate project deployment with the web release management team.
May be responsible for sourcing, negotiations, and managing vendors.
Evaluate current systems/processes, identify inefficiencies or bottlenecks, and propose optimized technology solutions.

BS or MS degree in Computer Science or related technical discipline 5+ years of experience in business analysis and IT project management in the web/mobile space.
Knowledge of software development fundamentals crossing all phases of the software development lifecycle: requirements, analysis, design, prototyping, development, testing, implementation.
Experienced with Agile project management methodologies and tools used with these methodologies (e.g.
Atlassian JIRA) Expertise in process mapping, workflow analysis, identifying root causes, and recommending system improvements.
Excellent communication with good presentation skills and ability to work with a geographically dispersed, multi-cultural team.
Proficient in stakeholder interaction across all levels, translating technical details into accessible language.
Experience with one or more of the following functional domains and associated web applications: document management systems, web content publishing, and secure asset management.

Knowledge of semiconductor industry terminology, products, and customer needs.
Understanding of Common Criteria Certification and Export Compliance regulations.
