• Lift up to 30 pounds Push or pull heavy objects using up to 30 pounds of force Use a Windows based computer for data entry and retrieval Stand, sit or walk for extended periods of time Reach, bend, squat, lift arms over head Use fine motor skills to operate office equipment and/or machinery Visually inspect products using microscopes Repetitive motion Finger dexterity Grasping/Holding Typing Function with eye/hand coordination Receive and comprehend instructions in English verbally and/or in writing.
