Assistant Supervisor

Overview

• Manufacturing Shift Assistant Supervisor are responsible for the day-to-day running of manufacturing operations.
• They make sure that the production line is running smoothly and that staff are meeting their production targets.
• The main duties of a assistance supervisor would include: To ensure key performance indicators of the department are achieved.
• (Safety, Quality , Delivery, Cost).
• Managing group of operators that will directly report to this position.
• To manage daily operation of the production line To ensure all processes to have sufficient manpower in order to achieve desired productivity level To ensure operators are operating machines following SWE (Standard Work Element) Responsible for ensuring manufacturing tools are sufficient and in good condition To follow up on aged lots and lots on hold To ensure 5S activities are carried out without fail To carry out other given tasks which are deemed appropriate by supervisors #LI-DNI.
