Application Engineer – Cloud Services (m/f/d)

What You'll Do

• Handle customer projects for a wallet-based solution managing digital credentials.
• Provide technical guidance and support throughout the customer integration project.
• Analyse technical issues, identify root causes, and drive resolution in collaboration with internal stakeholders.
• Coordinate closely with Product Management, Engineering, and Sales teams to ensure successful project delivery.
• Monitor project progress and proactively identify technical risks, dependencies, and mitigation actions.
• Create and maintain technical documentation and integration guides.
• Conduct technical customer workshops and internal training sessions.
• Profile: Bachelor's or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, Information Technology, or a related field. 2-5 years of experience in customer application support, solution engineering, technical consulting, or a similar customer-facing role.
• Good understanding of backend integrations, APIs, mobile applications, and cloud-based services.
• Knowledge of NFC, digital wallets, transit ticketing, or secure digital credential solutions is an advantage.
• Excellent problem-solving, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
• Ability to manage multiple projects and work effectively in a global, cross-functional environment.
• Fluent in English, both written and spoken.
• Self-motivated, customer-focused, and capable of working independently.
