Overview
- Job Summary Develop and execute account strategies for assigned Industrial & IoT customers.
- Build strong customer relationships and identify new business opportunities aligned with customer roadmaps and business priorities.
- Drive demand creation, pipeline generation, and commercial execution to expand revenue and market share.
- Lead customer engagements including regular business reviews, opportunity follow-up, and executive communication where needed.
- Coordinate cross-functional activities with FAE, marketing, business lines, operations, and distribution partners to advance opportunities and secure wins.
- Manage opportunity pipeline, forecast, and KPI tracking with disciplined use of CRM and reporting tools.
- Monitor competitive activity, customer trends, and market developments and translate insights into actionable account plans.
- Support commercial discussions including pricing, supply, contract-related topics, and escalation handling in alignment with internal stakeholders.
- Contribute to a high-performance sales culture through strong ownership, clear communication, and consistent execution.
- Job Qualifications Bachelor’s degree or equivalent business experience.
- Several years of B2B sales experience in account management, solution sales, or strategic customer development.
- Proven ability to develop customer relationships and create, qualify, and advance new business opportunities.
- Strong communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
- Ability to work effectively across internal functions and influence stakeholders to move opportunities forward.
- Strong ownership mindset and ability to manage sales activities against defined targets and KPIs.
- AI tool literacy, with willingness to actively leverage AI tools to improve business efficiency and productivity.
- Motivation to explore and propose effective ways of using AI tools in daily sales activities and cross-functional collaboration.
- Experience with CRM tools such as Salesforce is preferred.
- Experience in semiconductors, electronic components, factory automation, industrial equipment, power, or control-related industries is preferred.
- Ability to communicate effectively in Japanese.
- English communication skills for internal collaboration are preferred.
