2026 Campus - SoC Design Verification - MCU/MPU

What You'll Do

• Responsible on SoC verification work for ARM based MCU products.
• Work with SoC design, IP design, architecture etc. together to finish SoC verification task with high quality.
• Responsible for SoC verification plan, verification result, test case development to have better coverage and verification quality Work on SoC verification methodologies including formal verification, inter connect verification, security verification, mixed signal verification, low power verification, RTL performance verification etc.
• Work with SoC design team to optimize power, performance etc., so the chip can keep KPI.
• Work closely with validation, system engineer, SW, TE, PE on post silicon issue debug Requirements: Master degree in electronics engineering Knowledge of compute architecture, especially ARM CPU, bus protocols(APB/AHB/AXI), verification experience of ARM-based SoC is a plus Good knowledge of C language Good understanding of Verilog/SystemVerilog, and digital design debug flow.
• UVM experience is a plus; Good knowledge of gate-level simulation/debug flow.
• Experience of Cadence, Synopsys verification tools in Unix/Linux environment; Good communication is a must, English language proficiency.
