2025-2026 NCG_Service Engineer

What You'll Do

• Clarify Service Requests: Serve as primary contact for internal and external customers providing clear and timely responses to inquiries regarding service requests and associated tools.
• The stakeholders are asking for device samples, the configuration and customization of security products or key generation for encryption and decryption as well as access protection for new products.
• Sample Device Programming: Prepare and manually program NXP engineering products.
• Automation & Scripting: Develop strategies, processes and write code to automate workflows and create templates.
• Handling Sensitive Data: Perform tasks that involve secure processing of confidential data.
• Process Improvement: Suggest and implement ideas to make operations more efficient and secure.
• Security & Compliance: Ensure all activities follow data protection and security standards.
• User Onboarding & Management: Arrange access for new users and managing existing users to relevant applications and manage their permissions and roles.
• Collaboration: Work with international colleagues from different departments and cultures.
• Documentation: Document processes and monitor compliance with procedures Candidate Profile Education: Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering, Electronic Engineer, Technical Information, Industrial Engineering, or a related field. 0-2 Years experience in related fields Language Skills: Excellent English communication skills are mandatory.
• Programming Skills: Basic knowledge of scripting and programming (e.g.
• Powershell, C++).
• IT Tools: Experience with common collaboration tools (e.g., Confluence, Jira, MS Office).
• Quality Mindset: Basic understanding of quality improvement methods.
• Operations: Willingness to take operational tasks Security Awareness: Basic knowledge of information security and cryptography is a plus.
• Soft Skills: Strong analytical and teamwork abilities, proactive, problem solving, independent and reliable work style, willingness to learn and adapt quickly.
