Solution Architect, Jetson Platform Edge Computing

• We are now looking for an edge computing expert to join NVIDIA China Solution Architect team.
• In this role, candidate will work closely with sales team to support edge computing customers and ISV partners, including hardware and software solution providers - establishing relationships, solving problems with their engineering teams, and helping them build a successful NVIDIA practice.
• You will be responsible for technical aspects of supporting NVIDIA Jetson products.
• This will involve engaging and supporting partners and customers from pre-sales activities through design to manufacturing, production and sustaining.
• The successful candidate should be a self-motivated individual who can prioritize multiple customer issues simultaneously and have good interpersonal skills.
• At the same time, you will need to understand team priority and be an outstanding teammate.
• What you’ll be doing: Assist field business development team in guiding customers and ISV partners through the sales process on NVIDIA Jetson solution.
• Support customers and ISV partners to develop innovative platform with NVIDIA Jetson solution to extend the state of the art in edge computers.
• Train customers and ISV partners on NVIDIA Jetson platform stack.
• Handle in-depth hands-on engagement with customers & partners on complicated edge projects based on Jetson.
• Review customers and ISV partners’ solution and design, support customer design boards bring-up, diagnose problems with customer designs and seek to solve technical issues.
• Take an active role in assessing the technical details of projects.
• Build close technical relationship with customers & partners.
• Collaborate across the company, work with NVIDIA worldwide software, research, and product teams to lead technical activities and customer support.
• Guide the direction of Jetson product implementations.
• What we need to see: BS, MS, or PhD in Computer Science or related fields.
• 5+ years of work-related experience with AMR/Robotics, edge computing, computer vision system development/testing.
• Jetson platform development experience is highly desirable.
• Knowledge on processor/SoC and Embedded systems.
• Strong expertise in python and Linux.
• Strong interpersonal and excellent in oral and written communication.
• Excellent planning skills, while being self-driven with a focus on execution and quality.
• Ways to stand out from the crowd: Strong background and project experience in Jetson platform.
• With in depth knowledge and experience in one or more industry areas like: Auto, Manufacture, Retail, Healthcare.
