• Work with project managers and engineers to ensure consistency with company strategy, commitments, and goals.

• What we need to see: B.Sc. in Industrial Engineering / Electrical Engineering At least 8 years of experience in HW program management Excellent program management skills – familiar with project management methodologies and tools Ability to lead cross functional teams and initiatives Good written and verbal communication skills in English Personal skills: Team player, independent, responsible, capable of multi-tasking, ability to drive people and tasks, leadership qualities, excellent communication skills Ways to stand out from the crowd: Having experience in HW development, design, and manufacturing.
• Proven technical leadership.
• Experience in customer facing roles.
