What You'll Do

  • What we need to see: BS (Masters preferred) in Electrical Engineering, Computer Engineering, or a related field, or equivalent experience 6+ years of experience in technical program management (8+ years overall experience) with a strong focus on semiconductor development Deep, hands-on knowledge of the ASIC/SoC Build, Verification, and/or Bring Up/Validation/Productization flow Experience managing innovation programs or research-to-silicon initiatives, comfortable driving alignment across teams when there is no established playbook Ability to handle rapid development cycles and constant change, remaining flexible and calm in the face of uncertainty Proven ability to manage complex, ambiguous programs in a fast-paced environment and implement process improvements through automation Experience scripting and automating project management tasks; proficiency in Python preferred Self-motivated and proactive with demonstrated critical thinking and technical judgment and outstanding communication and organizational skills Ways to stand out from the crowd: Familiarity with DFX methodologies including IST is a strong plus Knowledge of APIs and data analytics for program management and metrics dashboards Widely considered to be one of the technology world’s most desirable employers, NVIDIA offers highly competitive salaries and a comprehensive benefits package.

  • The base salary range is 168,000 USD - 258,750 USD for Level 4, and 200,000 USD - 322,000 USD for Level 5.
  • You will also be eligible for equity and benefits .
