• What You'll Be Doing: Lead the engineering change process end-to-end, from change request initiation through full implementation in production.
• Coordinate cross-functional activities among Engineering, Manufacturing, Quality, Procurement, Logistics, and additional stakeholders.
• Responsible for procurement processes supporting the implementation of engineering changes in the production line.
• Work with project managers and engineers to ensure consistency with company strategy, commitments, and goals.
• What We Need To See: B.Sc. in Industrial Engineering At least 5 years of experience in project management Excellent project management skills – familiar with project management methodologies in production Ability to lead cross functional teams and initiatives Good written and verbal communication skills in English Personal skills: Team player, independent, responsible, capable of multi-tasking, ability to drive people and tasks, leadership qualities, excellent communication skills Ways To Stand Out From The Crowd: Having experience in SW processes and backlog management experience Experience in production facing roles.
