• Work with project managers and engineers to ensure consistency with the company's strategy, commitments, and goals.
• Responsible for developing and implementing HW methodologies and Project management processes, and tools.
• Collecting, prioritizing, tracking, and driving issues that have been found during qualification to resolution/closure.
• Defining and implementing complex program schedules with an intimate understanding of dependencies, critical paths, key and critical landmarks What we need to see: Practical or B.Sc. in Industrial and Management Engineering or related field with 5 years of proven experience.
• A strong technical background and experience driving multi-functional teams.
• Sharp thinking and good decision-making skills.
• Validated ability to quickly grasp new technical concepts.
• Strong communication skills, both written and verbal/presentations.
• Ability to bridge from high-level objectives to project details and vice versa.
• Great teammate who loves to work in a team environment.
