• The NVIDIA Legal team is seeking in-house Senior Competition Counsel in Brussels, Belgium to be part of a dynamic and growing company and Legal team.
• NVIDIA’s Legal Department operates at the intersection of law and technology.
• We provide legal solutions impacting some of the most important trends in technology, including graphics, artificial intelligence, and high-performance computing.
• As a team, we engage with engineers and management on a vast array of legal issues across the world! What you’ll be doing: Partnering with the legal team and management on our competition matters.
• Interfacing with European regulators (both EC and NCAs) and other regulators from around the world.
• Working with cross-functional, global NVIDIA teams, such as NVIDIA’s contract and investment teams, on ways to help promote competition.
• What we need to see: A law degree and license to practice law in Europe 12+ years of experience at a law firm, regulatory agency, or company.
• Strong written and verbal advocacy skills.
• Exceptional legal judgment across a wide variety of subject matters.
• Ways to stand out from the crowd: Experience in high-tech industry.
