• What you will be doing: Partnering with business collaborators to analyze requirements and translate them into functional PLM processes and solutions.
• Architecting and crafting PLM system capabilities such as BOM management, change management, compliance, and data migration.
• Leading and supporting PLM harmonization projects, integrating processes across different organizations and legacy systems.
• Collaborating with IT and business groups to ensure detailed integration of systems alongside enterprise applications such as ERP, CAD, and SAP.
• Developing documentation, guidelines, and training programs to support adoption and user readiness.
• Providing expert mentorship on PLM methodologies, ensuring solutions are scalable and aligned with business goals.
• Identifying risks, dependencies, and opportunities for process improvements.
• What we need to see: B.Sc.
• in Industrial / Mechanical/ hardware engineering or equivalent experience.
• 5+ years of experience in PLM systems architecture, business analysis, or solution development.
• Strong expertise in PLM platforms such as Windchill or Agile.
• Proven record of leading PLM implementation or system harmonization projects.
• Experience with BOM structure, change control, and system integration with ERP/CAD tools.
• Personal skills: excellent interpersonal skills, independent, responsible, proactive, ability to lead people and tasks from end to end without authority.
• Strong problem-solving skills and analytical abilities, with a balance of technical and business understanding.
