- We are seeking a Senior PDM Business Analyst to join our team, supporting Product Lifecycle Management (PLM) processes across engineering change execution, system integration, and operational excellence.
- This role is suited for an experienced professional who combines strong hands‑on execution with the ability to enhance, standardize, and scale PLM business processes.
- You will work in a fast‑paced, multi‑tasking environment, partner closely with Engineering, Operations, Supply Chain, IT, and Contract Manufacturers (CMs), and apply automation and AI‑enabled solutions to drive efficiency, quality, and scalability.
- Success in this role requires strong ownership, adaptability, attention to detail, and a genuine passion for learning and applying new technologies What You’ll Be Doing: Execute and oversee PLM activities (e.g., NPR, ECR, ECO, DA, ISO) and SAP MM maintenance in support of the various organizations.
- Work as PLM business administration, including access control, system configuration, user help request, internal and external partner training.
- Coordinate/lead cross functional business groups to identify and resolve problems.
- Work on process definition, implementation, and documentation of new processes to support NVIDIA's evolving needs.
- Partner with internal and external partners to drive continuous system and process improvement.
- Design, develop, and deploy automation, analytics, and AI-enabled solutions to support evolving PLM business needs.
- Continuously build and expand AI capabilities by exploring, implementing, and scaling emerging technologies.
- What We Need to See: Bachelor’s degree or above in Engineering, Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field with 5+ years of hands-on experience in PLM processes & ERP systems or related domains within a high‑tech environment.
- Experience working with IT teams and external partners (CMs) Experience driving process simplification and standardization to enable automation.
- Strong problem‑solving ability, self‑motivation, and clear ownership mindset.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word) and familiarity with analytics and automation tools such as Power BI, Tableau, or RPA platforms.
- Practical experience with AI tools, automation, and digital workflow capabilities in an operational context.
- Strong willingness to continuously learn and adopt new technologies and skills.
