- We are looking for a Payroll Specialist who is highly motivated individual and can function in a fast-paced and rapidly changing environment to be part of our APAC Payroll Team.
- What you’ll be doing: Coordination with global and international Payroll and HR teams for taxation and payroll processing Month end closing for payroll related accounts Monthly payroll processing, including monthly payroll report, payroll disbursement and payroll tax filing Annual filing including annual return, withholding tax and shared-based compensation Assisting statutory audit, internal audit, and tax compliance Collecting and reconciling data for project requirements Ad-hoc assignments What we need to see: A bachelor’s degree in finance/accounting related fields.
- 5+ years of total working experience, including 3+ years specializing in payroll.
- Shown experience in industry accounting and payroll functions across APAC locations Strong collaboration skills with excellent communication and interpersonal abilities Proficient speaking and writing ability in English and Mandarin Familiar with Office and Outlook software Exceptional attention to deal with a high standard for accuracy in numbers The ability to work independently and proactively stay updated on new payroll regulation and rulings Ways to stand out from the crowd: Minimum of 2 years of experience in CPA firms Strong ability to drive continuous improvement of processes.
