Order Management Specialist

What You'll Do

• enter order in SAP, check accuracy, monitor order status to ensure process efficiency.
• Keep track of all received data and source documents.
• Focus on data accuracy and attention to details.
• Order fulfillment process management and order delinquency management.
• Coordinates with account team and sales administrator to address and resolve order related issues.
• Compile data from booked/shipped reports and build trackers to review order-on-hold status.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to improve our process efficiency.
• Ability to work in a dynamic environment with changing priorities and critical deadlines.
• What we need to see: Bachelor’s degree, preferably in business, economics, finance or comparable field or equivalent experience. 5+ years of experience.
• Solid understanding of ordering to fulfillment process.
• Demonstrate ability to use business knowledge and expertise to find opportunities for process improvement.
• Advanced problem-solving and analysis skills.
• Ways to stand out from the crowd: Deep experience in SAP.
• High-Tech business experience is desired.
• Enjoy working in a fast pace environment.
• Ability to prioritize tasks, meet deadlines and multitask.

• The base salary range is 72,000 USD - 120,750 USD for Level 2, and 92,000 USD - 143,750 USD for Level 3.
• You will also be eligible for equity and benefits .
