NPI PCB Sourcing Program Manager

What You'll Do

• Experience working with suppliers both local and offshore.
• Capable of coordinating and prioritizing tasks under high pressure with minimum supervision.
• Proficient in analyzing trends (say price, or volume, or expense) with Excel, familiar with SAP PRD and PDP/Windchill.
• Ability to visualize and demonstrate above mentioned data to management with PowerPoint.
• Strong communication skills and fluent in English, both verbal and written.
• Ways to stand out from the crowd: Experience in high‑performance, high‑speed networking companies as PM, GSM/GCM, Buyer, or Planner.
• Direct involvement in high‑pressure, low‑volume, high‑mix NPI programs.
• Hands‑on experience with HLC and/or HDI PCB manufacturing.
• Advanced data automation or visualization experience (e.g., RPA, Power BI, Python).
