Overview

  • We are looking for a Human Resources Generalist to support a sizable and fast-growing R&D engineering organization in Taiwan.
  • In this role, you should be passionate about enabling success through people and comfortable crafting and accomplishing HR strategies that help us staff, onboard, develop, and retain top engineering talent.
  • You will be doing: Support engineering groups with a global footprint and a high-reaching growth.
  • Build strong, trusted partnerships with engineering leaders to implement tailored HR plans and programs aligned with business goals.
  • Collaborate closely with global functional HR CoEs to ensure flawless, localized support.
  • Support key employee lifecycle achievements, including salary planning, salary action approvals, relocations, promotions, and job re-leveling.
  • Handle employee relations matters with insight and clarity, guiding leaders through performance management and cascading global policies locally.
  • Participate in the global program build and roll-out of HR initiatives.
  • What we need to see: Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in HR, Business Administration, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
  • 5+ years of client-facing HR experience, ideally within a fast-paced technology or R&D environment.
  • Competence: Strong analytical skills with an emphasis on HR data; sophisticated Excel capabilities and hands-on proficiency with modern HRIS platforms (such as Workday).
  • Deep knowledge in at least two core HR subject areas (e.g., employee relations, compensation, learning & development, compliance, or recruitment).
  • Proven track record to navigate cross-functional organizational structures and manage sophisticated projects with agility.
  • Ways to stand out from the crowd: A natural ability to build trust and connect with diverse engineering client groups across all levels.
  • Comfort operating with high autonomy and responding to change with constructive, creative solutions rather than rigid processes.
  • Outstanding verbal and written communication skills, with a knack for translating data into actionable insights.
  • A demonstrable track record of getting results and resolving people matters in a highly collaborative, multicultural setting.
