- In this role, you will lead and manage the end-to-end hardware ordering and procurement lifecycle—from initial engineering requests through board build, assembly, and lab delivery.
- You will serve as the primary bridge between HW R&D development teams, procurement, and operations, ensuring that development boards, silicon samples, and network hardware arrive on time to meet strict R&D execution schedules.
- NVIDIA is a leading supplier of innovative end-to-end InfiniBand and Ethernet connectivity solutions.
- Our products optimize data center performance and deliver industry-leading bandwidth and scalability across HPC, Cloud, AI, and enterprise data centers.
- What You'll Be Doing: Drive HW Procurement & Delivery: Act as the focal point for all hardware orders, board assemblies, and silicon sampling required by HW R&D engineering teams.
- Interface with R&D Teams: Work closely with HW design engineers, system architects, and lab managers to translate technical requirements into structured hardware purchasing and build plans.
- Cross-Functional Alignment: Coordinate between R&D, Operations, Global Procurement, Supply Chain, and external vendors/CMs to clear bottlenecks and accelerate prototype delivery.
- Schedule & Fulfillment Tracking: Track board builds, component lead times, and hardware allocations across multiple R&D projects to ensure alignment with corporate milestones.
- Methodologies & Tools: Develop, implement, and refine HW ordering processes, tracking tools, and inventory/fulfillment methodologies tailored for fast-paced R&D environments.
- What We Need to See: Education: B.Sc.
- in Industrial Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or a related technical field.
- Experience: 2-4 years of experience in HW Program Management, Operations Program Management (OPM), or HW Procurement/NPI within R&D organizations.
- Technical & Process Expertise: Strong understanding of HW development cycles, board build processes (PCB/PCBA), component lead times, and fulfillment workflows.
- Leadership & Execution: Proven ability to manage cross-functional syncs, drive tasks independently, and solve complex supply/ordering bottlenecks under tight deadlines.
- Communication: Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.
- Personal Attributes: Strong team player, highly organized, capable of multitasking in a dynamic R&D environment, with excellent interpersonal and negotiation skills.
- Ways to Stand Out from the Crowd: Hands-on experience in HW design, board layout, or electronic component engineering.
- Background in NPI (New Product Introduction) or direct management of prototype assembly with Contract Manufacturers (CMs).
- Deep familiarity with PLM/ERP tools (e.g., Agile, SAP) and custom tracking dashboards for hardware fulfillment.
- As we highly value diversity in our current and future employees, we do not discriminate (including in our hiring and promotion practices) on the basis of race, religion, color, national origin, gender, gender expression, sexual orientation, age, marital status, veteran status, disability status or any other characteristic protected by law.
