What You'll Do
- will be onsite technical engagement for large datacenter deployments of NVIDIA AI computing systems.
- Your role will involve working across functions within our organizations while also ensuring a positive experience for external customers.
- What you’ll be doing: Provide onsite support for large datacenter deployments of NVIDIA AI solutions.
- Solving complex hardware and deployment issues Be a technical specialist on GPU and networking products directly supporting sales account managers, working closely with the team to deliver outstanding AI datacenter solutions.
- Actively establish the technical relationship with our customer’s engineers, management, and architects at focus accounts.
- Identify customer architectures and key product requirements in the enterprise AI market.
- Provide technical and sales training to the direct sales team and channel partners.
- Establish strong relationships and communication channels with internal teams.
- What we need to see: BS or MS in Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Physics, or Computer Science (or equivalent experience).
- In-depth knowledge of servers, storage systems, network devices, and other data center hardware Capable of working in a constantly evolving environment without losing focus.
- Ability to multitask effectively in a multifaceted environment.
- Expert analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Strong time-management and organization skills for coordinating multiple initiatives, priorities, and implementations of new technology and products into very sophisticated projects.
- Strong written and oral communication skills in English with the ability to effectively collaborate with management and engineering.
- Ways to stand out from the crowd: Experience with large-scale rollouts of datacenter equipment.
- Networking knowledge -- TCP/IP, RDMA, RoCE, NICs, Switches, etc.
- C/C++ and Python programming skills.
- Embedded Linux System, APIs, and similar embedded OS knowledge.
- Experience working with OEMs in the industrial, military, and ruggedized computing space.
- Your base salary will be determined based on your location, experience, and the pay of employees in similar positions.
- The base salary range is 92,000 USD - 149,500 USD for Level 1, and 108,000 USD - 178,250 USD for Level 2.
- You will also be eligible for equity and benefits .
