Cyber Security Engineer

What You'll Do

• Implementing identity security capabilities such as SSO, conditional access, MFA, and privileged access.
• Administering and evolving the SailPoint IdentityNow environment, including governance workflows, access certifications, role management, and integrations with enterprise applications.
• Managing vendor relationships to resolve issues and deliver new platform features.
• Championing development standards and fostering a culture of continuous improvement.
• Applying AI tooling to improve infrastructure visibility and stability: telemetry, health checks, anomaly detection, and AI-assisted diagnostics that surface issues before users report them and give end users faster, self-service resolution.
• What we need to see: Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or equivalent experience. 10+ years of solid experience in handling Active Directory and Entra ID environments.
• Strong command of authentication protocols including LDAP, Kerberos, SAML, and OAuth.
• Experience with MFA and SSO technologies.
• Expertise across the full identity lifecycle: User Lifecycle Management, Access Certifications, Access Requests, role management, Workflow automation, and Delegated Administration.
• Proficiency in PowerShell scripting for automation and operational tasks, plus practical experience using AI tools in day-to-day engineering work.
• Hands-on experience with an Identity Governance platform — SailPoint IdentityNow or IdentityIQ strongly preferred.
• Demonstrated experience resolving intricate identity and access challenges.
