- NVIDIA’s Silicon Co‑Design Group is seeking an AI/LLM Engineer to innovate, develop, and integrate sophisticated artificial intelligence solutions into our design and automation infrastructure.

What you'll be doing: Designing and implementing AI/LLM-powered systems to improve automation, design verification, and workflow efficiency, specifically tailored to semiconductor design.
- Collaborating with multi-functional engineering teams to find opportunities for AI integration and performance optimization.
- Evaluating new frameworks, architectures, and tools to improve efficiencies powered by artificial intelligence across the organization.
- Tracking and measuring AI impact through data‑driven metrics to continuously refine solutions.
- What we need to see: M.S.
- or equivalent experience in CS/EE/CE or related field with 7+ years of development experience, with at least 4 years focused on AI/ML, LLMs, or generative AI and/or 7+ years training and deploying ML models in production.
- Strong proficiency in Python and at least one static language (C, C++, C#, Java, Scala, etc).
- Expertise in deep learning frameworks (PyTorch or TensorFlow) as well as agentic frameworks (NAT, Semantic Kernel, AutoGen, CrewAI, LangSmith, n8n, etc).
- Experience with building and deploying orchestration agents capable of managing hundreds to thousands of tools.
- Ability to balance multiple simultaneous projects.
- Excellent problem-solving, communication, and collaboration skills.
- Ways to stand out from the crowd: Experience with EDA, semiconductor workflows, or design automation systems.
- Publications or open-source contributions demonstrating deep expertise in LLMs or AI infrastructure.
- Familiarity with modern AI technologies and methodologies for building and deploying LLMs.
- Proven track record of leading multi-disciplinary teams to deploy large scale products and features.
- Ability to translate innovative AI research into practical, high-impact production tools.
