- What you'll be doing: Work with Solution Architect and Developer Relations to understand customer's workload and increase our software usage.
- Develop and complete strategic sales plans to achieve ambitious targets within the target customers.
- Build and maintain positive relationships with key collaborators, including top-tier global OEMs.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to successfully implement sales initiatives and ensure flawless execution of all sales processes.
- Analyze market trends to determine competitive strategies and identify opportunities for growth.
- Make eco systems and partners relation for better coverage and implement business idea.
- What we need to see: A Bachelor’s degree or above in Business, Marketing, or a related field, or equivalent experience.
- A minimum of 8+ years of proven experience in sales, preferably within the technology or OEM sectors.
- Strong understanding of the Japanese market and cultural nuances.
- Outstanding communication and negotiation skills, both in English and Japanese.
- The ability to work strictly under pressure, adapt to a dynamic environment, and deliver world-class results.
