Yield Enhancement Engineer - Physical Failure Analysis

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in engineering, physics, materials science, or related field 3+ years of experience in semiconductor yield analysis or failure analysis Understanding of semiconductor fabrication and device physics Experience with data analysis, statistics, or coding tools Ability to perform root cause analysis and communicate findings Preferred Qualifications: Master’s degree or equivalent experience, or PhD in engineering, physics, materials science, or related field Experience with memory devices and architecture Hands-on experience with SEM, FIB, TEM, or related analysis tools Strong analytical and structured problem-solving skills Ability to work independently and collaborate across teams As a world leader in the semiconductor industry, Micron is dedicated to your personal wellbeing and professional growth.
