What You'll Do
- and Tasks: Adopt and collect the latest technology knowledge among Micron network to conduct training to new hires.

- Supervise and evaluate training program efficiency, make data-driven adjustments.
- Mentor and support engineers in their career growth, promote continuous learning culture.
- Trace trainings status.
Qualifications
- System Operation: Proficient in training system, able to apply system to sustain routine training jobs that may include training schedule adjustment, create courses/programs, and training report.
- Training Administration: Great understanding of training requirement.
- Able to adjust training timeline when needed.
- Training Analysis:Comprehend the training roadmap by certain functional area.
- Analyze training loading across years and by GJS.
- Verify equivalent trainings and retrain training influence.
- Skill Assessment: Proficiency in assessing skill gaps and identifying development needs.
- Ability to build personalized development plans for employees.
- Proficient in English, excellent verbal and written communication skills Program Management: Strong social skills to run workforce development programs, track progress, and measure outcomes.
- Change Management: Understanding of change management principles to facilitate successful adoption of new learning initiatives.
