Requirements

• Strong communication skills (written and verbal), with the ability to facilitate or support training in in-person and virtual settings Proficient in Microsoft Office, with familiarity or willingness to learn Excel for data analysis and reporting Analytical and diligent, with good critical thinking and problem-solving skills Strong interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively within cross-functional teams Self-motivated and proactive, able to manage multiple tasks and adapt in a fast-paced environment Exposure to or interest in project management and continuous improvement, including planning, coordination, and process enhancement, with an interest in training development, data analysis, or process/automation improvements Preferred Qualifications Ability to learn and understand technical concepts, and work with diverse stakeholders Exposure to or interest in GenAI or automation tools to improve efficiency and quality Strong analytical and problem-solving approach Relevant project, internship, or academic experience supporting onboarding, training, or structured learning programs Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience in engineering, education, instructional development, human resources, business management, or related fields About Micron Technology, Inc.
