Requirements
- Deep experience in learning operations, WFD governance, or learning systems alignment.
- Strong consulting and collaborator alignment skills, comfortable leading strategic conversations globally.
- Proven ability to build decentralized capability through enablement programs and toolkits.
- Data-driven orientation, able to interpret platform signals and collaborate to close usage gaps.
Nice to Have
- Bachelor’s degree in related field 7+ years in global L&D build/delivery, workforce development, or people operations at scale.
- Proven success managing relationships and bringing operational structure to large multi-region rollouts.
- Experience in large, matrixed organizations (e.g., Fortune 500, global manufacturers).
