Verification Methodology Engineer – DRAM Design

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent practical experience in Electrical Engineering, Computer Engineering, or a related field Experience with digital and analog VLSI circuit design and verification Proficiency in Python programming Hands-on experience with Verilog, SPICE, and simulation debugging Experience working in a Linux environment and with Cadence Virtuoso Preferred Qualifications: Strong understanding of DRAM circuit design and operation Experience with SystemVerilog and UVM-based digital verification Familiarity with CMOS degradation mechanisms such as NBTI and CHC Interest in applying AI to improve verification processes and methodologies Experience leading projects or driving technical initiatives Strong technical presentation and reporting skills As a world leader in the semiconductor industry, Micron is dedicated to your personal wellbeing and professional growth.
